Privacy notice: Rowhand waitlist

This notice covers the waitlist form on rowhand.keenshift.ai. Rowhand Sweep is a Chrome extension we're still building, so for now the site only takes waitlist sign-ups.
Who we are
Keen Shift Pty Ltd, an Australian company, runs the waitlist and is responsible for what you send through it. Contact: support@keenshift.ai.
What we collect
What you enter in the form:
- Your email address (required).
- Your role, picked from the list on the form (optional).
- How many sites you look after, picked from the list on the form (optional).
- Whether you ticked the box agreeing to emails about early access, the pilot and launch (required).
- Whether you ticked the box for a 25-minute research call (optional).
What the form records when you submit it:
- The date and time you joined.
- Any
utm_campaign tags in the link that brought you here, such asutm_sourceorutm_campaign. - The origin of the website that sent you here. That's its address, like https://example.com, without the page path.
- A one-way hash of your IP address.
To join, you need to give your email address and tick the email box. The optional questions can stay blank.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- tell you when early access or the pilot opens;
- decide who to invite first, using your role and number of sites;
- invite you to a research call, only if you ticked the call box;
- count how many sign-ups come from each link and website, using the UTM tags and the origin;
- rate-limit the form and stop abuse.
The IP hash is a keyed one-way hash, used for that last purpose and nothing else.
Where it's stored
With Amazon Web Services, in its us-west-2 region in Oregon. That means your information is held outside Australia, in the United States.
Who else receives it
Amazon Web Services stores it for us, and no other company receives it. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
The waitlist page sets no cookies and has no tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
We delete it when the first of these happens:
- you unsubscribe;
- you ask us to delete it;
- 18 months have passed since Rowhand Sweep launched, and you never became a user.
If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list, and nothing else, so we don't email you again.
Deleted details can remain in our encrypted database backups for up to 35 days before they're gone from there too.
Emails from us
Keen Shift Pty Ltd sends them. They cover early access, the pilot and launch, plus a call invite if you asked for one. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect within 5 business days.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email support@keenshift.ai. We can send you a copy of what we hold, fix anything that's wrong, or delete it.
Complaints
Write to support@keenshift.ai first. We'll reply within 30 days. If our reply doesn't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
What this notice doesn't cover
The Rowhand Sweep extension itself. It will process page data and use AI service providers. Its privacy policy, covering both, is still being finalised and will be published before the extension is available.
